Win a Trip to Visit Happy Doggo in Thailand

1. Promoter‍

2. Eligibility

The competition is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must be legally permitted to travel to Thailand and hold a valid passport.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants from jurisdictions where such competitions are restricted or prohibited by law.

3. How to enter

Entry is gained by subscribing to Niall Harbison’s Substack newsletter (free or paid).
‍A free alternative method of entry is available by emailing woof@happydoggo.com with your full name and country of residence.
Only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of method of entry.
Entries must be received between 15th April 2026 and 22nd April 2026 (Midnight (BST) (the “Competition Period”).

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) return economy class flight to Thailand from a major international airport near the winner
Seven (7) nights’ accommodation in a 4-star hotel (or similar standard)
‍One (1) day volunteering at the Happy Doggo sanctuary

‍Prize conditions:
‍Travel must be completed within 12 months of the competition closing date, excluding travel between 15 December and 15 January (peak season blackout period).
Travel dates are subject to availability.
The winner may bring a companion, but all additional costs (including flights and accommodation) must be covered by the winner/their companion.
The prize does not include food, drinks, local transportation, travel insurance, visas, vaccinations, or any other personal expenses unless explicitly stated.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 10 days of the competition closing date.
The winner will be notified via email.If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Travel and liability

The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and any required visas.
The winner is strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
The Promoter is not responsible for: flight cancellations, delays, or missed connectionsvisa refusals or entry restrictionspersonal injury, loss, or damage during the trip or volunteering activities.
Participation in the volunteering experience is optional and subject to local safety guidelines and conditions.

7. Publicity

By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and content (including photos or videos from the trip) for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

8. Data protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.By entering, you agree to receive communications related to the competition and your subscription.

9. Platform disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Substack.

10. Taxes

The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or reporting requirements related to the receipt of the prize.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

YouTube Live Giveaway - 16th April 2026

1. Promoter‍

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, Niall Harbison, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

3. How to enter

There are two ways to enter the giveaway during the YouTube Live Stream on 16th April 2026 (the "Live Event"):

YouTube Member Entry: Be an active "Member" of the Happy Doggo YouTube channel and participate in the Live Event.
Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without a paid YouTube membership, send an email to woof@happydoggo.com with the subject line "YouTube Live Giveaway" including your full name and YouTube username. This email must be received no later than 10 minutes before the Live Event ends.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or paid membership will not increase your chances of winning. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) "Happy Doggo Bundle" including:
One (1) Happy Doggo T-shirt (size subject to availability).
One (1) signed copy of Niall Harbison’s book(s) Hope & Tina. 

Prize Conditions:The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.
Shipping: The Promoter will ship the prize to the winner at no cost. However, the winner is responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees incurred upon delivery in their specific country.

5. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries (Members and AMOE entrants combined) following the Live Event.
The winner will be announced 24hrs after the Live Event ends. 
The promoter will contact the winner within 7 days of the Live Event to request their shipping address and T-shirt size.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a runner-up or forfeit the prize.

6. YouTube Disclaimer and Policies

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube (Google Inc.).
By entering, participants agree to a complete release of YouTube from any and all liability related to this giveaway.
Entries must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
Any entry that does not comply will be disqualified.

7. Data Protection

Personal data (name, email, and address) will be processed solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and shipping the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, internet outages, or YouTube platform glitches during the Live Event.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway if the Live Event is interrupted by circumstances beyond their control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
