These Terms and Conditions govern entry into the competition to attend the 24-Hour Running Fundraising Challenge in support of Tina’s Hospital Fundraiser. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The Organiser
The competition is organised by Happy Doggo ("we", "us", "our").
2. The Competition
This competition offers members of the public the opportunity to attend and watch either the start or the finish of our 24-Hour Fundraising Challenge. Attendance is free of charge and is for spectating only.
3. Event Details
Venue:
London UK location (exact location will be revealed to the 200 competition winners)
Event Dates:
Saturday 12 September 2026 – Start of the challenge (3:00pm entry for 4pm event start time)
Sunday 13 September 2026 – Finish of the challenge (3:00pm entry for 4pm event finish time)
Successful applicants will attend one of these two sessions only.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees, volunteers and anyone directly involved in organising the event may be excluded from entering at our discretion.
5. How Winners Are Selected
All valid entries received before the closing date will be entered into a random draw. A total of 200 successful applicants will be selected:
100 applicants for the start of the challenge (12 September 2026)
100 applicants for the finish of the challenge (13 September 2026)
Selection is entirely random. Once selected, successful applicants will be invited to choose from the available attendance slots for their allocated session. Slot allocation is subject to availability and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Our decision is final.
6. Attendance
Attendance is strictly limited to the successful applicant named on the ticket and one plus 1. Tickets: must be signed up for; are free of charge; are non-transferable; cannot be sold, exchanged or gifted; admit one person only. Identification may be requested on arrival to verify the ticket holder.
7. Entry and Admission
Admission is subject to venue capacity and event safety requirements. Tickets will be checked upon entry. All tickets must be attached to the email that was used to enter the competition. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
8. Nature of the Event
This experience is an opportunity to watch the fundraising challenge only. Due to the nature of the challenge, it is not: a meet and greet; an autograph session; a photo opportunity; a guaranteed opportunity to speak with participants, organisers or guests. Please respect all event staff, volunteers and participants throughout the event.
9. Health and Safety
A full risk assessment has been completed for the event. By attending, visitors agree to: follow all instructions given by event staff, volunteers and venue personnel; remain within designated spectator areas; comply with all safety procedures in place.
Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the venue without further notice.
10. Photography and Filming
The event will be photographed and filmed for promotional, fundraising and media purposes. By accepting a ticket and attending the event, you and your plus one acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded and that your image, likeness and voice may be used by Happy Doggo and its authorised partners in promotional materials, social media, websites, press coverage and other marketing or fundraising communications, without compensation.
Consent to photography and filming is a condition of attendance. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you should not enter the competition or attend the event.
11. Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to: amend these Terms and Conditions; alter event timings or arrangements where necessary; postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where possible, successful applicants will be notified of any significant changes.
12. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Doggo accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or expense incurred as a result of attending or being unable to attend the event.
13. Privacy
Personal information provided as part of your application will only be used for administering this competition and managing attendance at the event, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) exclusive Happy Doggo T-shirt.The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
3. Eligibility
To enter, participants must:Be aged 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian if under 18.Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service where applicable.Employees, volunteers, or immediate family members involved in administering the giveaway may not enter.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
Option 1 – YouTube Membership All active paid members of the Happy Doggo YouTube channel who have an active membership by 9:00 a.m. BST on Friday, 7 August will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
Option 2 – Free Email Entry To enter without a YouTube membership, email woof@happydoggo.com with the subject line "YouTube T-Shirt Competition" before 9:00 a.m. BST on Friday, 7 August.Only one entry per person will be accepted. Anyone entering by both methods will still receive only one entry into the draw.
5. Closing Date
Entries close at 9:00 a.m. BST on Friday, 7 August. Any YouTube memberships started or emails received after this time will not be eligible for this giveaway.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.The draw will take place at approximately 12:00 p.m. BST on Friday, 7 August.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their YouTube account or, if they entered via email, the email address used to submit their entry. The winner will be asked to confirm their postal address and preferred T-shirt size so the prize can be sent. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Happy Doggo reserves the right to select another winner.
8. Delivery of Prize
The prize will be sent to the delivery address provided by the winner. Happy Doggo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal or courier services.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected for the purpose of administering this giveaway will only be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize.
10. General
Happy Doggo reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry process may result in disqualification.The promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the giveaway is final.
11. YouTube Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to Happy Doggo and not to YouTube.
